Customer support:

Our competent field sales team is at your disposal for your questions on site, product training, advice and service.

 

Individualisation:

On request we individualize your product, for example with embossing, in a special colour or with a branded label.

 

Complaints:

We endeavour to execute your orders to your complete satisfaction. However, should you have a reason for complaint, we will naturally do everything in our power to eliminate the defect as quickly as possible. Please contact the customer support advisor responsible for you for all matters (faulty delivery, price differences, etc.). Should a quality defect occur on an article delivered by us, we would request your information with regard to the nature of and reason for the complaint. Please send the product complained about to the following address after consultation with our customer service:

Please label the consignment with the note "Complaint". Our quality assurance department will test the article promptly, state its opinion and if necessary ensure a replacement. We naturally reimburse the shipping costs in the case of a justified complaint.
