We are a mid-sized company and are renowned for our precision and reliability as well as for delivering on time. This applies not only to our standard products but also to the manufacture of customized parts. Our success is also guaranteed by carrying out long-term preventative maintenance on our machines, including blow moulding and injection moulding equipment, and constantly monitoring production parameters.

Our customers are our most important partners when it comes to the development and production of technical parts. In many cases, our work begins even before the order is placed: Although the customer normally has a clear picture of how the final product is to work, look and its characteristics, but not of the manufacturing processes that produce it. We decide which technologies are used in order to ensure that the part is produced optimally, after all: We know the problems that can be expected in subsequent processing steps and can solve them before they arise.

In this way, we manage to develop and manufacture plastic injection and blow moulding tools and peripheral equipment even for difficult moulded parts. Drawings or 3D data are used as a template for this purpose. We can manufacture parts for prototypes at low cost using laser sintering methods.

On the most modern injection moulding machines made by Battenfeld (closing force: 400 – 4,500 kN), hünersdorff produces technically advanced thermoplastic moulded parts made from standard plastics up to an injection weight of 1,500 grams.

Our blow moulding systems have a blow volume of 0.1 to 100 litres. Modern reworking devices allow us to work on and finish the parts directly following manufacture. The products are mostly removed and packed fully automatically, depending on the number of items produced. In this way, we can ensure careful handling and efficient production.

Our customers' tools are in safe hands with us: When they are not being used, we store them properly in a fire-proof warehouse secured with a fire alarm system. We work with renowned tool makers from the surrounding area when manufacturing our tools. This means that we can realise projects in the shortest possible time.

But not only our production and communication technology is state of the art; our employees are also considered the best in the industry: The hünersdorff workforce is expertly trained and highly motivated and guarantees that our plastic parts are delivered on schedule in the required quantity. Our ongoing software-supported capacity planning system allows us to identify bottlenecks in advance and take the necessary countermeasures. Along with classical communication paths, we also use EDI for transmitting order and delivery data.
